Unable to backup to dr4100 from a legacy redhat 4 client
Description

Trying to perform a backup of a legacy red hat enterprise 4 system to an rda container on a dr4100 but getting this error:
Error 2014/08/19 08:57:31 68 Data Plugin aatlxd RDA library load failed. Please check vendor's platform requirements
Cause

RHEL 4 is not a supported platform for RDA.

An enhancement request 22662 has been submitted to development for documentation update.

Additional Information

RDA plugin is pre-installed both in NetVault Server and in NetVault client but RDA is not supported in RHEL 4. The bug above is to update the compatibility guide to add this supportability issue.
