The following NetVault environment was setup:
NetVault Server 9.0 Windows 2008 R2 64Bit
NetVault Client 9.0 (Pure64 version) SuSE 11.0 64Bit
BMR Plugin 4
Trying to install the BMR Online Plugin and received the following error message:
Failed to install software
Package is not for pure 64-bit Linux. Please obtain the pure 64-bit version of this package.
The Bare Metal Recovery Plugins are not supported to be installed on NVBU Linux Pure64 machines and a Bug number has been raised with Engineering (Bug 22151) to have the Release Notes and BMR User Guide updated accordingly.
You will have to uninstall the current NVBU Linux Pure64 Clients and install the NVBU Linux Hybrid Clients instead, then install the BMR Plugin again.

Note: We are looking into supporting a 64Bit version of BMR Plugin in a future release version, but unfortunately we cannot supply a release date.
