Upgrading from Oracle APM 6.5.6 to 7.0.5 creates new RMAN Controlled job in NVBU - Why? -
Description
Under Oracle APM 6.5.6 users could backup an entire Oracle Database including SPFILE and ControlFile autobackups all under one GUI job.
However after upgrading to 7.0.5, you may notice the same job now creates 4-5 additonal RMAN Controlled jobs in NVBU.

Cause
Under version 6.5.6, Bug 16388 prevented savesets created by autobackups from being datacopied when the "Migrate (discard Original)" option was selected during datacopies/duplications.This issue has been corrected under 7.0.5 and because of the changes introduced, you may now notice that your jobs create several separate RMAN Controlled non-scheduled jobs. Also the Restore window will now show these RMAN generated savesets separately. -
Resolution
This behaviour is expected and cannot be modified as it was introduced to resolve an issue with datacopy of autobackups.
To manage the volume of non-scheduled job entries created in the ScheduleDatabase, please change the NVBU configuration "Number of days to keep non-scheduled jobs in the database" (by default = 0 = keep for ever) to a non zero value so these non-scheduled jobs are purged automatically and regularly.
