How to create a report that displays media used by each job?
There may be more than one method of creating the report.
Here is how I would create a report that displays the jobs and the media used.
1 - Launch NVBU Admin GUI and go to the Reports
2- Select Historic job by date. Rick Click on it and select Edit View Job
3- Change the Job Title to : Which Media
4- Save it
5- Right click and select to edit the new Report you have created : Which Media
6-Under Selected component , Select and remove the existing components.
7- Under Available Compents select New Component
8- In the Choose new component's class select Media Job Contents and select OK
9- In the report Component Editor, go to the Field Selection
10 - In the Available Fields Select the following:
Backup Date, Backup Time, Barcode, Client Name, End Date, Job ID, Job Title, Media Expiry Date and Media Label.
11- In the component Title name it Media Content Modified and select to Save. Select Save and add to Job.
12- The Media Content Modified component should now appear under Select Component of your Which Media Report Job.
13- Save report Job Which Media and close it
14- In Reports, right click and select to run & view the Which Media report.
