Gui Crashes when click on the jobs tab in the jobs window with libnv6.gui.dll error
Description

When opening the Jobs window from the gui there are two tabs available, when clicking on the jobs tab, we get a gui App crash error, that the nvgui.exe is no longer working, the module linked to this error is the libnv6.gui.dll, which in the case was located in the system32/wow64 folder.
Cause

Corruption with two files in the netvault\gui folder called:
jobcolumn.job & jobcolumn.status
Resolution

Workaround:
Rename the jobcolumn.job & jobcolumn.status to old_jobcolumn.job & oldjobcolumn.status while the NetVault service is offline and ask support to provide the two files for the exact same version of NetVault.
Once the files have been copied over and the NetVault service has been started, we no longer get an APP crash reported.
