Unable to install EVAL license fails with "Error: Key not added. machine-tied Plugin Eval License"
Description

While trying to install EVAL license the error "Error: Key not added. machine-tied Plugin Eval License" is reported.
Cause

This was a change made to NetVault licensing by design
Resolution

From NetVault 8.6.3 onwards EVAL license will not install over permanent license a permanent license will be required to give extra functionality.
