Open the NVBU Client Management screen on the NetVault Server and use the name exactly as shown at the top of the 'Available Clients' list. Using any name other than the actual NVBU Server name will result in the same "Target server is not a NetVault 7 server" error.
Example:
Host name where the NVBU Server is running: Server_1
NetVault name of NVBU Server instance: NetVault
Correct command to run job ID # 100 via command line:
nvjobstart -servername NetVault -jobid 100
