Exchange backups fail with VSS error in binary logs, also logging error in Event Viewer on the Exchange node.
The NV Binary logs will not give much info other than showing it is a VSS error, but when looking at the Event Logs on the Exchange node to diagnose, we see the following:

The event error above was happening at the exact same time as the Exchange Backup had failed on schedule.
We found that the cause of this was that Dell Equalogic AutoSnapshot Manager was also running at the same time, causing this VSS conflict.
If the Dell EqualLogic Auto Snapshot Manager cannot be disabled, the make sure the schedule is changed to not run during the NetVault Backup window on the affected machine.
