There are several libraries distributed with NetVault backup to ensure the RDA backups can work, in case they are not already installed in the OS, but the Oracle user doesn't have permission to the folders containing these libraries.  

On the client, change directories to the dynlib folder where NetVault Backup is installed and run the following command: 

chmod -R 755 oca-libs
