Unable to add tape devices on Windows Server 2019 via NetVault Backup WebUI. -
Description
When attempting to add tape devices on Windows Server 2019 via NetVault Backup WebUI, the device fails to be added.The following error is logged:

Warning No Tape Libraries found on client xxxxx
----------------------------------------------------------------------NetVault Backup can add tape devices using Windows driver before Windows Server 2019 but fails to add tape devices by SCSI inquiry command error on Windows Server 2019.
On the windows device manager, it will show as unknown medium changer
