While attempting to expand an Exchange Virtual Client to browse its databases, the Web UI hangs for 2 minutes then returns pop up error messages similar to these:
"Failed to get connection to the plugin" or "Error: The remote machine: xxx is unavailable".
Similar errors are returned when trying to edit existing Selection Sets for this Exchange Virtual Client.
The correct licensing is in place and the client nodes Check Access and Firewall Check test pass successfully.
If browsing your Virtual Clients produces errors please contact Technical Support for access to Exchange Server APM 10.0.5.5 which includes improved query scripts that reduces the time to search for databases.
The Web UI timeout should be addressed in the upcoming NVBU 11.
