Restore jobs fail with error message "Failed to restore VM Disk Data" when using the SAN mode for the restore. The Backup was made in SAN mode, restoring the VM with a different name

1) Run a list of all the disks in the Vmware system showing both local and SAN disks exposed to it running the next command lines
Open CMD on the machines that is running the Vmware plugin type "Diskpart", once in the Diskpart mode type "list disk"
2) Once you have displayed the list of all of the disk exposed to the OS type "select disk <disk of interest>" , command followed by "attributes disk" command and check the following 2 states of the disk among the many disk states that get listed.
“Current Read-only State : [Yes|No]”“Read-only : [Yes|No]”
If either of those read-only flags is set then it needs to be cleared by executing "attributes disk clear readonly" command.
3) Run the restore in SAN mode.
