Periodically, jobs fail with: "Owning user does not have EXECUTE_JOB permission."
User Level access has the correct permissions for the owning user to run the job.
Check the ownership of the job to ensure that the owner does have the correct permissions in Access Control.
If this is all correct, then the most likely cause of this issue is a corruption in the User Level Access tables.
To test this take the following actions when there are no backup jobs running:
1) stop the netvault server services
2) move the following files to a safe location:
3) restart the netvault services (this will create new empty copies of the above)
4) test the job again
If this works then Netvault now has just the default users (admin & default).
If no additional users were configured, then no further steps are required.
If only a few custom users were configured, add these by hand.
If there are a large number of custom users configured, then it is possible to restore the User Level Access ONLY part of the netvault database, but note that there is a possibility that the corruption may have existed at the time of the backup, so a restore may reintroduce the problem.
