How to configure a post-script that will e-mail the jobs logs (Linux Clients) (4041679)

This solution will show you how to configure a Linux postscript to generate the last hour of logs for the job that runs the postscript. 

Attached to this solution is a file named logscript.tgz that contains several files that will be needed. 

Using the default report classes to pull log messages will create a heavy load on the NetVault Backup server. The logsnow file is a special class that reduces the load on NetVault Backup by limiting the query to logs within the last hour.

The logsnowclidefault file is a default template required to use the new class created by the logsnow file with the “nvreport -class” command.

The joblogs.sh file is the post-script to configure in the advance options of your jobs.
