NetVault Server crashes when a Teradata 'analyze' is run with VB3 debugging enabled (4039051)

NetVault Server crashes anytime a Teradata 'analyze' is run with VB3 debugging enabled. nvcmgr core files may be produced. Trace from the nvcmgr process shows it fails to allocate memory.
