Scrolling down savesets within the restore window displays a 'Provider 'NVBUPit' failed' error.
Description
NetVault Server information and had been migrated to another machine:
NetVault Server is now on Windows 2012 R2 64Bit 10.0.1.25. NetVault Server was on another Server and was upgraded from 8.5 to 9.2 and then to 10.0.0.46. Then did a NVDB backup. Installed NetVault 10.0.0.46 on new server with same NetVault name and rebooted the machine. Restored NVDB successfully and then upgraded to 10.0.1.25 successfully.
Note: All the pre and post installation steps were done correctly as per the NVBU 10.0.1 Installation Guide on the following link:
The issue was when scrolling down the savesets in the Restore section, there were no icons against each item and only a dot “.” was visible (screenshot attachment). When you scroll down each item, the following error message appears as a pop-up window:
Error: Provider 'NVBUPit' failed
There were no non-english characters and all the Clients in the Backup window displayed all the correct icons.
