You may have received the "No Valid License keys installed" license message for the following reasons:
- Had an evaluation version of NVBU installed and expires after 30 days.
- Forgot to install the NetVault Server license key on the NetVault Server (NetVault Server Console > Client Management > Right click on the NetVault Server and select Install License).
- An already installed NetVault Server license key may have corrupted.
- The NetVault Database (NVDB) has been moved to a different path to that is listed in the NetVault Configurator > General section.
