Cannot change client settings using NetVault 10 WebUI.
Unable to change settings for the NetVault Clients when using the NVBU WebUI on the NetVault Server.
Changing the settings only for the NetVault Server was possible.
Navigating to Change Settings, then clicked on Client Settings and was presented with a list of clients.
Selected the client to change the settings for and then click next.
At this point a blank screen and a spinning wheel was presented.
After a few minutes the following error would appear:
Error: Provider 'NVBUServer' failed.
Firewall and access tests for the client in the WebUI both passed.
Configuring the Windows Firewall to allow the correct ports to be open on the NVBU Server resolved the issue.
The Windows Firewall on NVBU Client had already been configured correctly.
