Issue
When you select to migrate a user, the target Exchange databases do not show up in the UI on the next screen.
Solution
If you experience this issue with computers running non-US English operating systems, the web browser accessing the Exchange Pro UI needs to have the Language Preference set to English. To do this, click on Tools, Internet Options, Languages, and then set the Language to English (United States) [en-US].
