ExchangePro: Failed to validate some auto-licensed mailboxes (4313801)

Issue

While trying to migrate to O365, the migration fails with the following error:

Failed to validate auto-license mailboxes.

This error occurs even though there are active licenses available for migration.

Cause

This could be due to some sort of hiccup in the environment that causes interruption to the Binary Tree Exchange Pro MCP service.

Solution

1. Close out of the Exchange Pro application
2. Proceed to Server Manager and click on Services under the configuration option.
3. Now go to Binary Tree Exchange Pro MCP service and re-enter the password by right clicking on the service properties go to log on tab and re-enter the password.
4. Now restart the service.
