ExchangePro: Fails to create E2E_Admins group in AD at install -
Resolution
Issue
The installation for Exchange Pro fails to create the AD groups E2E_Admins, which is required for use of the migration console. The account was created as a member of Exchange Organization Administrators.
Solution
The service account must be a member of both Domain Admins and Exchange Organization Administrators. If the account is not a Domain Admin, it will not be able to create AD security groups.
