Is it possible to migrate On-Prem Exchange mailboxes and archives to O365 using Exchange Pro?
Answer
On-Prem Exchange mailboxes and archives will migrate to O365 using Exchange Pro with no issues.
There is no need to enable the archive feature in O365. If the on-prem mailbox has a server-based archive associated with it, the new-moverequest will enable the archive feature in O365 and migrate the on-prem archive to the O365 archive.
Note: that the selected O365 license must be one that supports archiving.
