Force Purge of Silverlight Cache
Solution
If attempting to clear Silverlight application storage and you are still seeing custom columns and/or filters in the Administration UI, you may need to disable Application Storage by unchecking the "Enable Application Storage" checkbox in the Silverlight Application Storage settings tab.
