Issue
While installing Exchange Pro, during the installation of Azure PowerShell module and/or .NET, the installer fails to download the installation package and install the components.
Cause
Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC) is not disabled.
Solution
Please make sure IE Enhanced Security Configuration is disabled on the Exchange Pro server. This is also a pre-requisite/requirement in order for the Exchange Pro console to work properly in any release.
