There is a setting within the profile located: General | Objects | Automatic sync
If enabled, objects will be automatically set to Ready To Sync. Otherwise, objects will not be synced until manually marked as Ready To Sync via the Active Directory Migrator console.
Check this box if you want your devices to sync from source to target. If you do not have this checked, then the devices will never sync.
These devices may be enabled when you are ready for these devices to be synced by opening the Device Sync Profile: General | Sync Report | Objects view
Select the devices and press the "Ready to Sync" button. This will change the 'Ready to Sync' status, and during the next Push/Pull or Pull sync these devices will be synced to the target.
