User mapping not working when using the Quest Import Service
Description

If you recently started using the Quest Import Service, then may find that the user mapping required to Preserve Created/Modified identities or permissions are no longer migrating properly.
Resolution

The following steps should resolve this issue:
1.) Open Options | SharePoint | SharePoint Environments (top) | Settings (button).
2.) Check the "Perform user/group mapping operations on the client" option.
3.) Click OK.
4.) Click OK.
5.) Try migrating again and check for valid users being mapped in the target SharePoint site.
