Security alert pop up while connecting to the SharePoint 0365 site -
Description
Trying to run the tool from the Command prompt as a batch job, but when trying to connect to SharePoint o365 site, it opens with security alert pop up window, for which we need to click on OK to proceed with migration:

RESOLUTION:
The batch CMD shares the credentials set in the Options feature. Please set the right credentials in the Options feature for this O365 site, and ensure the 'Test Connection' is successful:
