We are doing a migration of over 113,000 records from Notes into a discussion board and document library. we are using intermediate XML files of 5,000 records each, and have turned on the shared path on the services side. However, migration goes more slowly after each batch (current batch of 5,000 started at 12:30 pm and at 2:15 pm, only 600 records have processed).
