I have done a scan of a database and it has shown the forms used but these then do not appear to be present when generating a migration job.
Cause
Form 'FormName' no longer exists in the Notes DB. The reason MNSP shows the form when running some features is because the name of the form remains in the data records but when looking for the form or trying to migrate it, it no longer exists.
Resolution
WORKAROUND1: Recover original form in Notes Designer
WORKAROUND2: Recreate the form in Notes Designer
WORKAROUND3: Use an existing form to migrate the data. Here you will need to filter the data by the existing form and use the Render field type in the source data definition to migrate the content:
