Description
I have notes database with a column of drop down type. The value is stored in french or in english in the notes database column (could be 'BACK' or 'DOS'). I've created corresponding managed metadata in SharePoint, english and the french traduction for each metadata. Howerver, when I migrate the notes databse, it doesn't recognize the french version of the word. When I set the LCID property to 1036 (French), the french words are recognized but not the english ones. When I set LCID to 1033 or nothing, only english words are recognized.
How to make it recognize both french and english?

Resolution
NMSP currently does not support multiple languages in the same Managed Metadata field. (6.0.1 release)
As a workaround use the following:
Add the french word "Dos" as a synonym (alias) to the term on the english side.
We will map to aliases, so Dos would then map to Back.
