Cause
The Usage Activity information relies on the data in the Notes user activity log. Notes only records the user information as a character string truncated 32 characters, so this is all the information that is available within the Activity Logs.

Enhancement request ER92166 has been submitted to Development for consideration in Notes Migrator for SharePoint version 6.0. The product will perform Notes lookup queries to resolve users.
