Cannot extract a static value from a Lotus Notes source view.
Description
Mapping a job using a view, we have a source that has a static text value. Using preview and upon migration, the field shows blank even if there is a static value from the view. Please see attached database and job.
Cause
Migrations use the database and not the view for data. The view is a filter of the database, adding any static fields will not be captured in the migration other than the header due to it being a filter column heading.
Resolution
Create a text field in the Map Data tab by clicking the Add button and checking the “Define new SharePoint Field” and naming it the "static value" as a constant value.
Then add the static field as your Source value to map to SharePoint with.
