Quickplace subrooms are being provisioned at the parent level and not as child sites.

Cause
The subrooms for the QuickPlace have been assigned to the QuickPlace technical class when they should have been assigned the QuickPlace Subroom technical class.

Resolution
Change the technical class for the subrooms, and the site will be created correctly.
