How to migrate files into dynamic folders (4250168)

For example, to do a render to word and have those renders go in a folder based on the Document ID do the following:

1. Create a new job in designer or the console
2. Select the Source database
3. Load the Source Data Definition as Render.pmsrc
4. Select the SharePoint site and List name
5. Load the Target Data Definition as Word.pmtrg (or the render of your choice)
6. On the Map Data tab Click "Add"
7. Chose the field you wish to map as the folder name (e.g. {NoteId}) in the Map From box
8. Choose "Folder" from the Map To box
9. Click OK
10. Now when you run the job, it will create the renders in a folder based on your selection in step 7

Attached is a sample job file used in this example. Please Note this sample is for version 6.4+ and will not work with previous versions of the tool.
