Cause
it seems that there was no template identified in this mailfile...the ACL was fine for permissions
I added the stdr8mail template to the database and did a refresh design from the server....

Resolution
This warning is safe to ignore. The data should be still migrated.
WORKAORUND
1- Assign stdr8mail template to the database being migrated
2- Refresh the design from the server
