Error 1603 in the Widows Event Viewer when installing MNE.
Description

Unable to install Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE). The Windows Event Viewer logs the error:
MSI (c) (3C:E4) [14:31:41:259]: Product: Quest Migrator for Notes to Exchange -- Installation failed.
MSI (c) (3C:E4) [14:31:41:259]: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Quest Migrator for Notes to Exchange. Product Version: 4.15.361. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Quest Software Inc.. Installation success or error status: 1603.
Cause

The server requires elevated permissions to install the application.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Run MNE installer from an elevated command prompt. To elevate the command prompt, right-click on ‘Command Prompt’ and select ‘Run as administrator’.
