"ERROR: [8803-94-23-80040113]Unable to open server exchange.domain.com" (4350140)

During the initial setup of Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), you may see the following error when you select Apply button on Exchange servers section:

15:41:09 MAPILogonEx(~EXCHFB-52FA8983-0):Invalid credentials.:
15:41:09 [80040111] ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

Cause 1:

Domain\username value under Administrator domain\username or user principle name of the Exchange credentials section.

Cause 2:

Windows Credential Manager Control Panel holding on to incorrect credentials.

Workaround 1:

Under Administrator domain\username or user principle name Exchange credentials section:

1. Enter the account as an email address.  Ex. admin@company.com
2. Provide the password
3. Click the Apply button to save the changes.

Workaround 2:

1. Open the Credential Manager Control Panel
2. Remove any "Windows Credentials" that are listed for Outlook or Autodiscover.
3. Open the MNE Migration Manager
4. Click on the Exchange Server settings screen
5. Re-enter the MNE Exchange migration admin credentials
6. Click the Apply button to save the changes.
