The Export Notes Directory process can be scheduled to run at regular intervals to keep the MNE database up to date with the latest information from Notes. To schedule the Export Notes Directory process, follow these steps:
1.) Open the MNE Migration Manager.
2.) Click the Export Notes Directory screen on the left hand pane of MNE.
3.) Click the "Export directory..." button.
4.) Click Next.
5.) Use the "Specify Task Schedule" screen below to set a schedule for the Export Notes Directory process:
Note: The MNE Export Notes Directory process should be scheduled to run outside of migration hours. If a migration is running when the Export Notes Directory process runs, then there may be issues updating files that are in use by the migration process.
6.) Click Next.
7.) Click Finish.
