After MNE upgrade, keep getting prompted with dialog, 'The Address Translation file must be regenerated', on every launch (4343895)

After upgrading to a new version of Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), every time you launch the MNE Migration Manager, you get the following dialog box:

'The Address Translation file must be regenerated'

In this particular case, a file called "Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll" was missing from the following location in the MNE install directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Migrator for Notes to Exchange\ToolsCache

In this case, if you open the MNE Migration Manager and click on the Menu button (three lines in thethe upper-right), View Console Log, the missing file will be indicated:

14:50:19.615(5a90:2a90)    Missing required source file: E:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Migrator for Notes to Exchange\ToolsCache\Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll

WORKAROUND 1:

A copy of the "Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll" can be found in the directory specified on the Shared Directories | Common tool settings directory.

WORKAROUND 2:

Uninstall MNE

Reinstall MNE
