When going through the Self-Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM) wizard, you may experience the following error:
Unable to process you request. Please contact your administrator for further assistance.
Details about the SSDM Scheduling Administration utility can be found in the Administrators Guide in the section called "SSDM Scheduling Administration utility".
For troubleshooting purposes, the SSDM Scheduling Administration utility can be temporarily removed from the SSDM configuration by using the following steps:
1.) Locate the NotesDTApp.ini file in the location where users are running SSDM (NotesDTApp.exe) from.
2.) Locate the [SSDMThrottle] heading.
3.) Comment out the following parameters for troubleshooting purposes with a "#", as seen in the example below:
[SSDMThrottle]
#UseThrottle=1
#WebServiceUrl=<UrlToWebsite>
4.) Try running the migration with SSDM again.
