MNE Error: The Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permission to the mail store
Description

In MNE, when trying to migrate a user, error gets generated as follows:
"The Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permission
to the mail store.
This permission must be assigned using the Exchange
Management Shell (Powershell) as specified in the
documentation.
1422-53-11-00000000"
The used Outlook profile also changes to temporary profile
Cause

SSL was enabled in MNE Console
but disabled in Outlook Profile
Resolution

RESOLUTION:
Disable SSL in MNE Console if not used:
- In MNE console, under "Exchange Server"
- Go to "Exchange Proxy Settings"
- Under "Proxy Authentication Settings"
change first the "Basic Authentication" to NTLM Authentication"
- Unselect "Connect using SSL only"
