When launching or running Notes Migrator for Exchange, the following error is logged:
[7809-107-20-80070002] Error reading license information:
This can occur if the logged in account is does not have full admin credentials to the local console running Notes Migrator for Exchange. It's also been seen in log files where the console cannot establish a connection to the database. An example from a log file:
Error: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.
Verify that the logged in account is a member of the local administrators group. Check to be sure the console can access the database.
