Can mailbox views be migrated from Notes to Exchange? -
Description
When migrating Domino mailboxes, messages that are seen in Views are not being migrated over to Exchange Server mailbox, as viewed through Outlook. Why are the Views not being migrated?

Resolution
Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) does migrate Views from Notes over to Exchange using the following setting. This setting can be added to either the Self Service Desktop Migrator (notesdtapp.ini) or the MNE console global settings.
This setting has to be added to the [ServerData] or [ArchiveData] and it can also exist in both.
The following setting should exist or in can be added.
MigrateViews=1
Valid parameter values are:
- 0: No views are migrated.
- 1: (Default)Items are migrated only from the first view in which they are found.
- 2: Items are migrated from all views in which they are found.
Note: When using MigrateViews=1 it will migrate the All Documents view with orphaned documents. This is expected as it is the first view in which the email is found. To avoid this see solution 52017 to ensure orphaned documents are not migrated.
