The Error Failed to acquire 0365 access token for user. You are using TLS version 1.0, 1.1 and/or 3DES cipher which are deprecated to improve the security posture of Azure AD. Microsoft have just disabled these cipher's and we no longer can use the Quest software to sync Lotus Notes and Exchange to Azure.
Cause
The machine still using TLS 1.0 and the registry does not show TLS 1.2 been enabled, so do TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 been disabled.
Resolution
1. Open up control panel and go to internet options.
2. choose the "advanced" tab
3. Go to security and enable or check the choice "Use TLS 1.2" and disable "Use TLS 1.0" and "Use TLS 1.1"
