New license cannot be uploaded -
Description
The following error appears when loading a new license file:
"The file c:\FolderName\NotesMigratorEX-123-123-123.asc is either not a valid license for Migrator for Notes to Exchange or has expired: Access is denied. (Exception form HRESULT:0x80070005 (E-ACCESSDENIED))"

Resolution
Run MNE as Administrator and then try to load the asc file again.
