MNE has also a way to manage DocLinks using parameter HTMLdoclinks which by default is set to 0. See below more details:
[General]
HTMLdoclinks=0
Migrate DocLinks as Notes-style DocLinks (NDL files), which can be opened in Exchange only if a Notes
client is installed on the client workstation.
[General]
HTMLdoclinks=1
Migrate DocLinks to Exchange as HTML-style links, which can be opened in a web browser if the user is
able to use iNotes.
[General]
HTMLdoclinks=2
Migrate DocLinks in the Notes Migrator for SharePoint format. In this case you must also use the
SharePointServerName parameter (also in this [General] section) to specify the name of the server
where the linked documents reside. (This SharePoint format option added in ver 4.1.2.)
[General]
HTMLdoclinks=3
Migrate DocLinks to Exchange as Notes links (which will require a Notes client running on end
users’ desktops to facilitate the rendering of the Notes documents).
As last resort to reduce data usage you can disable "Migrate Active Mail" checkbox so that MNE does not migrate active mail.
