On some migrations, we receive this message.
"Message was filtered or skipped because: Migrated encrypted message with boiler plate body, counted as skipped"
Migrator for Notes to Exchange [MfNE] is working as expected. It can't migrate Encrypted Mail.
In some circumstances, if only part of the message is Encrypted, the message get migrated and the part that can't be migrated will have a boilerplate message in place.
It is possible to modify this boilerplate message. Please refer to the following KB article for further assistance.

The MfNE logs will still show that the message could not be migrated.
If necessary, add the error code to the [ErrorsToIgnore] section.
