One console launches minimised -
Description
The Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) console launches minimized and unable to maximize it. -
Cause
This is caused by User Account Control [UAC] being active despite being turned off. There will be a warning on that UAC screen stating that it will not be in effect till the server has been rebooted. The server would have already been rebooted several times before. -
Resolution
To resolve this issue carry out the following:
- Navigate to the following registry subkey:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- In the details pane (Right Pane), locate the EnableLUA key (REG_DWORD type).
- Double click to Modify.
- In the Value data box, type 0 (zero), and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
