One console launches minimised

The Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) console launches minimized and unable to maximize it.

This is caused by User Account Control [UAC] being active despite being turned off. There will be a warning on that UAC screen stating that it will not be in effect till the server has been rebooted. The server would have already been rebooted several times before.

To resolve this issue carry out the following:

1. Navigate to the following registry subkey:
   • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
2. In the details pane (Right Pane), locate the EnableLUA key (REG_DWORD type).
3. Double click to Modify.
4. In the Value data box, type 0 (zero), and then click OK.
5. Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
