What is the minimum permission needed for the SQL Server Installation and Ongoing Migration?
For Installation of the SQL Database - need to assign the account to have DBCreator and BulkAdmin Server roles.
For Ongoing Migration - need to assign the account to have db_owner role for the NME40DB Database and to have BulkAdmin Server roles.
If the Account used for the installation & ongoing migration are the same, default NME40DB database will created to have the dbo right for account used. No NMEAdmin Database roles need to be granted in this case.
