How to: Change the Primary SMTP Address for a User, Contact, Group or Resource
Description

Migrated emails are appearing with the incorrect SMTP address.
Cause

This was caused by the Primary Address being set incorrectly in the User in Notes.
In this instance, there was no Internet Address and so Domino created one when the Initial Export Notes Directory was run.
Resolution

To resolve this issue:
1) Select the Export Notes Directory screen
2) Select Export objects to TSV
3) Edit the TSV using Excel. The Target Address column to have the correct address.
4) Save the file, making sure to keep the UNICODE file format.
5) Back in MfNE, Select Import objects from TSV
6) Once complete, check the screen for the modified SMTP address.
